Global Commons

The exhibitions of the official participating countries, organizations and businesses will be grouped into six unique common areas that offer not only individual exhibition spaces but also shared spaces. This set-up differs from past world expos where the exhibitions were scattered around the site. Participants will construct their exhibition facilities inside standardized modules (18 x 18 x 9 meters) that may be combined to form larger exhibitions. The modular format not only reduces the cost and time of construction but is also more environmentally friendly.
