Entrance applications to Satsuki and Mei's House for Foreign Visitors (by lottery)
The Japan Association for the 2005 World Exposition has announced that foreign visitors may submit advance entrance applications by mail to Satsuki and Mei's House in the Forest Experience Zone. Successful applicants will be picked by lottery. Details are as follows:
1. Period of the Exposition
March 25 (Fri.) through September 25 (Sun.) 2005 (total 185 days)

March 25 (Fri.) through September 25 (Sun.) 2005 (total 185 days)
3. Eligibility
*Any foreign resident who has a passport is eligible to mail in an application.
4. Open Hours
11:00~18:00 (each tour takes 30 minutes; subject to normal event procedures/schedules)
5. Meeting Place
Satsuki and Mei's House reception, Forest Experience Zone, Nagakute Area (*subject to normal event procedures/schedules)
6. Meeting Time
15 minutes before each tour (*subject to normal event procedures/schedules)
- About 20 minutes on foot from West Gate (about 800 meters)
- Latecomers may not be allowed entry.
- After registration, for operational reasons, you may be requested to wait before entering the House.

8. Application Form
To apply, please clearly indicate the following and mail your application.
- Name of the representative (of your group)
- Telephone number of the representative
- E-mail address to contact
- Passport number of the representative
- Number of visitors in your group (max. 4 persons)
- Number of those, if any, in wheelchair or with other special considerations
- Desired date of admission
9. Application Deadlines
Based on the date you want to visit and tour Satsuki and Mei's House, your applications must be received as follows:

10. Selection Method
By lottery. *We will notify winners only.
If your application is successful, you will be notified by a special letter of entrance for visitors. Please bring the letter with you. It will be considered as an acknowledgment of your entrance.
Please also bring your passport for identification when you participate in this program.
Please note that latecomers may not be allowed entry.
