An easy way to make reservations and see events without waiting
Reserving your enjoyment!
Long queues and tedious waits are always a problem at big events.
At Aichi EXPO 2005, we have installed a system so visitors can easily make reservations for events by computer or mobile phone and a special reservation terminal. Once you have purchased an EXPO admission ticket, you can make reservations at any time of day or night, beginning one month in advance, and thoroughly enjoy EXPO 2005 without spending a lot of time in lines. You can also make same-day reservations for events right on the site.
1. Input the 12-digit number on your admission ticket.
* The number is printed on the back of the ticket.
2. Hold your admission ticket up to the screen.

Reservation in advance
Period:
From 9:00 AM on Friday, 25 February 2005, to 12 midnight on Friday, 23 September 2005
Procedure:
1. Choice of personal computer or mobile phone
2. Merely input the 12-digit number on your admission ticket.
Number:
Two per day. Reservations are accepted around the clock, and may be made beginning one month in advance. If you come to the designated place at the designated time, you can watch the event once your reservation is confirmed by checking against your admission ticket.
Reservation on the day of the event
Period:
From 10:00 AM on Friday, 25 March to Sunday, 25 September 2005 (the deadline time on 25 September may differ depending on the pavilion and event)
Procedure:
Hold your admission ticket up to the reservation terminal installed on the site. Reservations must be made at least two hours before the designated time. Additional reservations may be made after the event.
Reservation service
EXPO 2005 AICHI, JAPAN offers a reservation service whereby visitors can make reservations for pavilions and events by personal computer or mobile telephone. Through the service, you can make advance reservations to see pavilions and events by inputting the number on the back of your admission ticket. At the site, this will allow you to spend less time waiting in queues and more time enjoying yourself. You can also make reservations on the same day, right on the site.
(1) Advance reservations
You can make reservations via the Internet, by personal computer or mobile telephone.
1) Date of start of acceptance of advance reservations: February 25, 2005 (tentative)
2) Reservation period: from 9:00 AM one month before the day of admission to 12 midnight two days before; advance reservations will not be accepted on the day before or on the day of the visit/event.
3) Advance reservations will be accepted for about 20 percent of the seating capacity.
4) No more than two advance reservations will be accepted from the same visitor for the same day.

(2) Same-day reservations
Through the same-day reservation service, you can make reservations for pavilions and certain other facilities after entering the site. To do so, hold your ticket up to the special reservation terminal installed on the grounds of the pavilion or other facility and reserve the earliest time.
1) No more than one same-day reservation will be accepted from the same visitor.
2) Visitors will be able to make another same-day reservation after the event.
* Please, note that same-day reservations cannot be canceled.
