Method of distributing Numbered Tickets
Each distribution will be stopped upon reaching a fixed number.
Distribution will be made in order of arrival from earlier performances.
Please understand that it is not possible with a Numbered Ticket to specify in advance the exact time of the performance to be seen.

As tickets will be distributed in order of specific entry times for the Orange Hall or Blue Hall, it is not possible for visitors to specify their preferred Hall.

Japan Pavilion Seto

| Method of distributing Numbered Tickets: | Tickets will be distributed “as occasion demands” when they are ready. |
- Ticket distribution will be made at the Numbered Ticket Counter (*2). Please note you can take no ticket directly at Japan Pavilion Seto.
- Tickets will be distributed in order of the earliest site you will visit, but it is not possible to select the exact time.
- We will prepare two kinds of colored tickets, red and blue, which will be distributed on alternate days -- for example, red for “Red Team performance of Gundoku group recitation” and blue for “Blue Team performance of Gundoku group recitation.”
Note 1: Advance reservations and group reservations will not be possible.
Note 2: The Numbered Ticket Counter will be located at Kaisho Plaza of the Seto Area (near the exit from the Civic Pavilion).
Miscellaneous:
- There will be a maximum of 7 wheel chair reservation places for any specific performance/event.
- Please note that children less than 4 years old cannot be present during performances in the theater in Japan Pavilion Seto (2nd floor). However monitor- screens for observing the theater performances will be available in the lobby.
