Based on the EXPO 2005 theme "Nature's Wisdom," the pavilion shows exhibits in several panels to introduce OECD activities up to today to the general public with the main theme of the "Creation of Sustainable Society" aimed at making economic, environment and social policies compatible with each other. The targeted audience is those who have not known the OECD existence and activities. Also shown are the roles of Japan and the world.

Through the panels, screening of the member countries' environment policy, the problem of climate changes, waste management, chemical substances and other environmental problems the OECD is energetically tackling are introduced for easy understanding.
