Board of Directors and Council of Japan Association for the 2005 World Exposition
The Board of Directors is the final decision-making body for Japan Association for the 2005 World Exposition. It normally meets twice a year. Extraordinary meetings are held as required. The chairman of the board of directors serves as the chairperson.
The council is an advisory organization that deliberates important matters related to business management of the Association so that it may offer its opinions when so requested by the chairman. Although council meetings are convened by the chairman and the board of directors, its chairperson is elected from among its members.
